Cancellation Policy

At Suite Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This fee will be automatically applied to the card on file.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and commitment to each client.

 

No Children Policy

 

To maintain a calm, relaxing, and professional environment, Suite Skin is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 during appointments.

We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare prior to your visit. This allows us to provide a peaceful experience for you and all clients, while also respecting the shared space within our building.
